> Moving from program approval to development testing in just 11 months, Northstar demonstrates Blue Origin’s ability to rapidly iterate and deliver advanced propulsion systems.
that doesn't demonstrate their ability to deliver.
BE-4 went into development testing in 2014 and said it would be ready for flight in 2017. In reality, 2017 saw the first test fire, and it was 2019 before the first full thrust test fire happened. In the end BE-4 didn't fly until 2024.
in fairness, BE-4 took 3 years to go from approval to development testing, so 11 months is impressive.
maybe this means they sorted out some of the organizational/cultural issues bogging them down?
