My beef with birds has always been that they treat the entire world as their toilet. Woe betide the creature who finds himself beneath a bird.
Interestingly, birds are the only other species--even amongst mammals--where male/female pairing ratios are nearly identical to humans.
Swans are overrated geese. But ducks are fine

I am not sure that visitors will spend enough time to get the art. I attempted to give the carrion crow its due, noting 18 legitimate votes. But when I tried to add my rank it landed "the democratic process has collapsed".

I regularly feed bits of my sandwich to the jackdaws near me, they'll catch it out the air.
