    Think what you will about Trump or Fauci, what's clearly disturbing and clearly true is that governments are actively creating deadly viruses that cause pandemics.

    The "gain of function" being researched is the function of methods of killing which were not previously found in nature.

    This is intentional. It's a path society has set itself on to solve its problems, by mass killings.

    The fact that this is desirable and tolerated is the larger social issue we should be talking about.

    Seriously though, this is what they're committing resources to?

    Also, as far as I've been informed, Dr. Fauci is an internationally recognized expert in infectious diseases, of the kind that the US would, under normal circumstances, celebrate as "one of their own".

    Interesting that a very non-expert disagreeing with a very expert results in the very non-expert throwing the very expert under the bus. Politics can only defeat Reality in the very short term.
