Boy would I love to see the incident report for these types of incidents. It seems to happen once or twice a year for some airline and yet things never seem to get better.
$5 says it's because of "blah blah blah sabre is based in a single datacenter" .... and it went down
it was an amazing system for its time, just grew too complicated over the years
Almost made it nine months after massive layoffs. Time to layoff the CEO and get the next shmuck in to fix it all
