And illegal voting by non-citizen doesn’t happen on a massive scale, as Trump claims. The 400 improper voters cast ballots in elections where millions of eligible New Jersey voters voted.

      The 2004 Washington State Governor's election was ultimately decided by 129 votes so this is an egregiously ignorant excuse.

        Did this happen in any race in NJ? Also the <400 ballots were in different districts, and cast in different elections. They were also registered under different political parties, suggesting the ballots would not have skewed hard in any particular direction.
