I am (redacted large number) years old and I play classical piano (well, I try), take superb photographs everywhere I can, and (OMG) scan Hacker News for exciting real developments that can actually help people.
I give absolutely none of my brain away to anyone or anything else. There is a purpose to my life other than soaking up elevator, lounge or couch opiates.
I do prefer quality literary, music, opera, and even comedic works because they keep me sharp and satisfied. Some music is absolutely divine (Thank you, Mozart et. al.) and I am in a heavenly state while still alive, as opposed to being a zombie living dead.
