Somewhat ironic turn of events ...

    1) Trump treats Zelensky as an outcast, refuses to help Ukraine defend itself against Russia.

    2) Ukraine forced into self-defense, goes after Russia's military and energy infrastructure, including oil refineries, with Russia now experiencing soviet-style lines at the pump.

    3) Trump thinks it might be fun to start a war with Iran, then realizes that he can't win it, but needs to "make a deal" since high gas prices are not popular at home.

    4) Turns out high gas prices are as much to do with lack of refining capacity, not crude oil, and the person who is putting a cap on that is Zelensky.

    FAFO.
