Possibly the worst choice they could have ever made. I have no faith in Xbox’s technical ability anymore.

the problem with the games industry is it follows the whales, which are typically children who have no idea where their games come from.

End of a software juggernaut. ID Software engines were always top class.

I often wonder in times like this if John Carmack and Co. feel any guilt or remorse for selling to Zenimax (Who then sold to MS)?

By all accounts they had a self-sustaining business. And now it's gone by corporate decree.

I think the xbox reset is technically a surrender, at this point I'd be surprised if they ever make another one.

Fortunately for Microsoft, Sony leadership is busy sabotaging themselves by switching to digital-download-only games.

From a marketing standpoint, most gamers would associate a “reset” as a final surrender in technical troubleshooting their Xbox.

They want gamers to “reset” their expectations, but I don’t see that panning out well as a strategy.

A frontend for Twitter/X used to link to X posts without people needing to log in.

A Twitter proxy to avoid having to access X.com directly.

And why did it start suddenly mostly stuck at captcha (proof of work I guess) stage?

If your browser doesn't leak enough personally identifiable data, it assumes you are a bot. I find it ironic, considering the page only displays scraped data.

This website doesn't load on Firefox, it just refreshes continuously. I even tried turning off my adblocker and it still does the same thing.

That's odd, it always worked fine for me. I have had that issue with archive.today, though.
