For what it's worth we were impressed by the smooth migration handling from Tenor to Klipy.com - with Klipy taking care of most things via drop-in or automatic transfers, probably thanks to it being run by ex-Google/Tenor devs.
Would love to contribute to an open GIF app/site if someone can recommend one. Whimsymaxxing and all that jazz.
