I don't think so. As far as I understand he is talking about human engineers
I do not buy what he is saying in this article given what he’s previously tweeted about AI and what is happening right now.
What he’s really after is AI Software Engineers that are not humans. Hence the eventuality of autonomous agents out numbering humans on the internet.
What does that turn into eventually? Paperclips?
