That’s not the source of the national debt. The Iran conflict is maybe 20 billion at most, and is mostly spending of things acquired in the past.
It’s the general government spending that is out of control.
Pentagon apparently requested 200$ Billions in funding for the Iran - US/Israel war. Just go check out how did US performed in its wats in the last 80 years.
Why not both?
Many tens of millions of Americans and Israelis want it.
