Not sure who is operating the number now, but I called it and it texted me this haiku:
At last I call God Waiting for call that won't come Receiver's last breath
So, neither the phone booth, nor the function of the phone booth, nor the experience of the phone booth, nor the meaning of the phone booth is back.
