Apparently hypervault is a password manager, and those "emergency kits" are feature of it.
I am guessing it unlocks your vault somehow? This page is pretty bad - it has very few details, and gives no information whatsoever how this so-called "emergency kit" is different from regular shared folder that every password manager provides.
