    What the marketplace wants is more charge stations and faster charge times.

    At some point, the light bulb will go off and the auto manufacturers will wake up to the fact that they should be investing in charging stations. It's recurring income but also helps promote sales --- duhhh.

      To your point I think they just might be. I just had one of these built in my city and a quick look makes it appear to be backed by the big automakers.

        Ionna looks like a start but few and far between. Where I live, there is one station within 100 miles.

    This was predictable. Moreover it is the one of the downsides of migrating to EVs that had been highlighted before. As Poisson's distribution shows, chargers will be overly occupied on the days of most interest, like summer holidays, winter break etc.

    What is not acceptable is the price that retail chargers offer which renders EVs more expensive than ICE cars
