One thing that would be nice is to have the feed be human readable. It is as easy as adding a single line to the XML and setting the content type [1].
Your feeds are also missing a bunch of the headers that readers use to avoid over-fetching your feeds. I build an feed analyzer [2] to help debug things like this.

The idea of aggregating feeds doesn’t make much sense to me, that’s what me feed reader is for, no? I just subscribe to the feeds I like. Or what is the benefit of subscribing to an aggregated feed I have no control over?
Why the negativity? If you don't want to use it - dont use it.. I think it's amazing especially for people who are not yet familiar with RSS Feeds, this is a great starting point. Maybe add a Best 10 feed, having Gruber in the Top 25 already pull a lot of posts. But either way great work mate, Make RSS Great Again!!
