Scary awful more of the same oligarchy man.

Seems like he is ramping up for a presidential run. It's just so deflating thinking that the people might continue having such awful tepid good for the rich & few others people running the show on and on and on.

    Newsom*

Of course, because he's in the pocket of limousine party. I remember him as SF mayor. He's been slowly plotting this course for a while now, always eager for the next big chair while trying to keep the rich folks happy while saying nice, progressive-emulating platitudes that don't move the needle in the favor of average people. This guy is the next iteration of Bill Clinton: supply-side worshipping, Republican Lite with James Carville replaced by Ezra Klein "Abundance"-wank in terms of policy strategy. And like Clinton and all slimy politicians, he's already cheated on his wife too. Being slightly more socially liberal on the periphery and then turning right based on how the political winds are blowing as Newsom does doesn't do anything to address systemic political corruption, excesses of power of billionaires and corporations, grotesque inequality, or America's embarrassing lack of universal, single-payer healthcare. Newsom is the favored pick of rich Democrats and independents, but is more of the status quo and less about helping people who need it more than increasing selective socialism for billionaires.
