    um, I think we can mostly agree that the Rus Kosmo plan is a charade at this point. They haven't the requisite skills or resources remaining to even maintain the limited equipment that is still in orbit, demonstrably failing to properly secure important and necessary launch structures to prevent damage and loss. Their former space program was principally designed, built, serviced and operated by Ukraine; which is no longer a willing or unwilling contributor to Ros Kosmos capability and what competant Russian native staff did exist, has been sacrificed on Ukrainian soil.

    The future Rus Space Staytion is likely just that... the leaking husk of spent IsS modules staying in the current orbiting position, less the modules deorbited as planned.
