Your explanation has nothing to do with AI and everything to do with SSR, which is well known and needed by all kinds of SPA apps.
Why frame it as problem in need of a solution when it's not?
Google doesn't care whether a website is AI-generated or not; what it cares about is whether the website is high-quality. AI-generated websites can be very beautiful and valuable.
This sounds like an awful idea. Shouldn't it be good AI generated pages don't show up? That question is rhetorical.
The website reads like the spam that gets injected into the "contact" form on my website.
The centered text and varied list item dingbats remind me of folks who don't really have much to say, but want to make an impact.
