RIP. I still have a few Tekserve totes around - one of the many awesome quirks of the store. They were great pre-Apple Store for repairs and purchases - make an appointment, describe your problem, bring your device in, and get it repaired some-what quickly and at not a terrible price. It wasn't as cheap as Applecare repairs, but it fixed your expensive fancy computer.
