Telnet scanning has been on a slow decline all 2025, I did see a small blip a couple weeks ago, but it's always been blippy, there's been one practically every month.
Edit: the articles links seem to suggest its moved off telnet to http now, its hard to estimate how many of those I see compared to every other web exploit I see.
