Rainier had one of the most excellent C++ blogs. He is also the author of several books on modern C++ standards. Rest in peace, Rainer. :(
My thoughts to the family, he was well known in the community and quite nice person.
His appearances at CppCast, https://cppcast.com/guests/rainer_grimm/
Rest in peace, Rainer. Your updates to C++ core guidelines and blogs help many across the world.
His blog and books are great. RIP
I have been wondering when he will update the core guidelines explained book. RIP Rainer.
Oh no. :(
I really liked his series about modern c++ and learned a lot from it. It even made me understand some of the more complex topics of it and kinda rekindled my will to keep on learning.
We lost a good one.
Like his books. Quite a good author. R.I.P.
His destructor got called.
His scope ended and he was popped off the stack.
Grim reaper has reined him in :(
