I have successfully represented myself in a multi million dollar (9 figures) drug seizure because my criminal defense lawyers provided the worst advice possible. I did not commit a direct voluntary crime, I simply accepted a few measly Interac E-Transfers and converted it to fiat via NDAX. I'm very glad this occurred because I landed a dream job as a Blockchain/DeFi Intelligence Analyst & Data solutions Architect. I cannot speak more on the matter on account of multiple signed NDAs. I also have the privilege to be with NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, Enterprise Solutions, and Developer Program amongst all the resources available online band paid educational opportunities whilst travelling I can get my hands on. I have a BSc. Mechatronics Engineering w/ 16 weeks of the most bleeding edge tech field for all times within HVAC (if that requires me explicitly explaining myself then you shouldn't be here). I then enrolled in a god-awful triple 8 course semesters of crammed MENg. Computer Software Engineering for non-ECE/Comp Sci undergrads. I should have taken my full scholarship ride at UofT in Engineering Physics, UBC, and/or Royal London Imperial College.
Given the nascent state of the technology and rapid improvements, I feel any rules, or legislation should be temporary and regularly reviewed as the technology advances.
