Well, Israel could never come into being if it cared about any of that. If Jews obeyed laws - that were, in those times, specifically instituted against them in all-Christian Western world, and similarly antisemitic Islamic one - they'd just be wholly exterminated long before Israel was founded.
Also, well, they could instead just be kept in, separated by gender, until they age out of terrorism, as a worse (too expensive), but still acceptable solution.

I can't see what's wrong about it. Israel needs to solve Palestinian problem in one way or the other.
