    This sounds ridiculous, expensive, and ineffective. It should play quite well with insurance agencies and providers looking to sell a quack solution to spiritual maladies.

    In the past, I have regaled HN readers with my story about my broken leg, and the electromagnetic "bone stimulator" that they prescribed me in a successful attempt to exploit Medicaid to the fullest extent possible.

    Did you know that electroshock "therapy" (ECT) is still widespread and in current use? I did not, but it was only a few years ago when I encountered patients at my clinic who said they couldn't get through the week without another dose of ECT.

    Perhaps they can find a way to hook up these machines to home EV chargers in your garage and you can just sit there for a 10 minute morning dose, along with your coffee and donut.
