So, ather sultana published a chrome extension that makes your new tab a scratch pad for quick text pasting, but the real deal is that instead of using local storage, it uses bookmarks to store your text, it also gives a popup to access/update your text from any tab. Also I like it's modern UI. I have given feedback, the developer is inviting more feedback so that all can benefit from it. The developer said that they are trying to give a mobile interface which is interesting since chrome doesn't allow extensions on mobile devices. I am wondering how it turns out. Another thing I like about it that it doesn't collect any analytics.
