So Google, which already allows competing App stores is a monopoly, and needs to change it, but Apple which doesn't can stay as it is?
Am I missing something?
US courts act on a 'When court cases come in' basis. They don't apply consistently or across the board like a Police Department or FBI.
But this suggests that if you sue Apple over this same issue, you have more legal standing to stand upon.
The court system overwhelmingly prefers consistency.
