Was trying to compare to regular HDDs. Going by this[1] article about WD's roadmap, it seems 32TB CMR disks might be available in 2029.
In comparison the 4x suggested would mean 16TB SSDs for consumer models... though the thought of PLC does sound terribly enticing.
