To be honest, their official products dont receive that much real support either.
This is misleading customers: they are trying to sell a (single-sided) Moebius keyboard as a double-sided one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHqPrHTN1dU
Well, that video certainly cleared things up for me.
I ordered the Mobius keyboard but it only has keys on one side of the device! 1/5
