Milei's speech "copied word for word" a monologue by the TV show's fictional president, Jed Bartlet.
In all likelihood, Milei's staff asked an LLM to give them an inspiring speech, and the LLM obliged: "Here is the inspiring speech you asked for: ..."
Milei and his staff likely didn't know his speech was plagiarized. At least I hope they didn't know.
