    Patients are underresourced to conduct citizens' arrests on criminal nursing home providers. Often badly discriminated against by bigoted law enforcement.

    Second Amendment's Rights activists and snti-racketeering judges need to crack down networks of crooks who defraud disabled adults by chemically assaulting and medically tricking them.

      Sorry, but 95% of the time, it's completely legal, the patient or their PoA gives full consent, and it's entirely within the medical guidelines and policies to administer them. The criminality may usually only a matter of degree. How would you prove that?
