We need to stop wasting time in these performative lawsuits that have to struggle to reach any fair outcome and instead demand new aggressive antitrust legislation instead, which will make all of this easier. It is obvious that companies the size of Amazon are problematic simply due to their size. The ability they have to compete unfairly, to absorb losses, to bundle, to use network effects, to copy others, etc is incredible. There can’t be a level playing field or reasonable competition against these behemoths.
