It's a huge advantage if you're being interviewed by a 6502, e.g. https://spectrum.ieee.org/the-truth-about-benders-brain
I used to write assembly code, and I generally do well in tech interviews, but I doubt there is any correlation (unless you count the years of experience gained through having worked since assembly programming was still an ordinary skill).
My intuition says probably not - the hiring manager/applicant tracking system probably won't be aware of the advantages this brings.
